To provide efficient and courteous food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a positive experience and high customer satisfaction

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
  • Act as the main point of contact between guests and the kitchen/bar staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Promote menu items, specials, and upsell when appropriate.
  • Resolve customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare bills and handle cash, card, or digital payments accurately.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Waiter (Min 2 years)
  • High school diploma / Hospitality Certification
  • Good verbal & Written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, management and immediate surrounding colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the company standards.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
