Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Act as the main point of contact between guests and the kitchen/bar staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Promote menu items, specials, and upsell when appropriate.
- Resolve customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare bills and handle cash, card, or digital payments accurately.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Waiter (Min 2 years)
- High school diploma / Hospitality Certification
- Good verbal & Written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, management and immediate surrounding colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the company standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
